Description

OLOZAR-KT is a superior combination ophthalmic solution containing Olopatadine, a mast cell stabilizer and H1-receptor antagonist, and Ketorolac Tromethamine, a nonsteroidal anti-inflammatory drug (NSAID). Enhanced with Trehalose for advanced cell protection.

Mechanism of Action

Olopatadine inhibits the release of histamine and other inflammatory mediators from mast cells, while Ketorolac provides potent anti-inflammatory action by inhibiting prostaglandin synthesis.

Indications

Indicated for the temporary relief of ocular itching and inflammation associated with seasonal allergic conjunctivitis.
